INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
Chowen Lakes Realty has a policy of associating with its licensees as independent contractors or statutory non-employees (independent contractors). Each licensee will be required to sign the Chowen Lakes Realty-Salesperson (Sponsoring Broker- Sponsored-Licensee Contract) agreement setting out the relationship as an independent contractor. The exact terms of the relationship are covered in the contract.
